    We had a carbon monoxide leak from blockage in the furnace duct work. RMR changed their schedule to arrive the next morning. They were on time and quickly assessed the situation. They explained my options and costs upfront. They went way beyond the call to make sure the job was done correctly, accurately and professionally. They even used a camera to scope all the duct work after removing a tremendous amount of debris from squirrels. They were a pleasure to work with and really new their business. I would highly recommend their services and felt the job was very reasonably done for the amount of work that was needed to correct the problem. Thanks for helping to get our home safe again!!
