Servicemaster has come to the rescue when the condo I was staying in had mold damage… and again when the next place flooded.

Very professional. Amazing communication. Very honest friendly guys. Went above and beyond.

They did a wonderful job! I had the same person to work with each time, so he knew exactly what was going on. They worked quickly and efficiently. No one wants damaged property, but I’m so happy I got to work with such a great company to put my house back together.

Professional work from start to finish! My elderly parents had a flooded basement due to an extended power outage and subsequent sump pump failure. I assisted them in choosing a water & mold mitigation & remediation company to deal with what was an enormous mess! As soon as Nicole Labrie took measurements and made an assessment of the damages, I knew ServiceMaster was the company for the job! After I returned to my own home in another state some distance away, Nicole stayed in constant touch with me by phone and e-mail, in order to keep me up to date with the work being performed by ServiceMaster. She took a personal interest in overseeing the project to a smooth and very satisfactory completion. My Mother & Father were very impressed with how polite and professional “the workers” were. Desiree McGeough in the accounting department has been patient and persevering in dealing with insurance company. I give ServiceMaster an A not only for the great job they did, but also for making a very stressful situation tolerable for my elderly parents.

We received excellent service – quick assessment of our problem, servicemen came promptly when they said they would, worked and completed exactly when they said they would and if they needed to change an arrival time, they always called first and explained why.
