    This “franchise” is a poor attempt to follow in other industry leaders. Sr. Techs were not licensed, Techs didnt have an answer to a single question when asked. Each visit (5 total) they sent some one new that was worst then the first. I highly recommend staying away from this company as they employ convicted and previously incarcerated employees, Dont run back ground checks, and techs stole my belongings.

    Water cleaning was a horrendously done, fans kept breaking and dehumidifiers leaked multiple times on the ONLY dry are in my home.
