I strongly recommend ServiceMaster of Greater Washington

A fire sprinkler pipe burst in the ceiling of my condo causing major water damage to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, floors and cabinetry. ServiceMaster of Greater Washington responded to the call and was onsite in less than an hour. They immediately had a crew of 6 workers that worked late through a Saturday night to pump out the water, remove the drywall, and install the industrial drying equipment. From that point, there wasn’t a minute wasted for the next 3 weeks to cleanup/restore my place to new ASAP. They checked the drying progress every single day for the next 2 week. Once the condo had dried, they worked directly with the insurance company very quickly to scope out the repairs, and completed all of the repairs (drywall, paint, baseboards/trim, and cabinetry) within a week.

All the way from the moment of disaster to the final clean up, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service that I received from ServiceMaster of Greater Washington. Each and every member of their team was very professional, responsive, helpful and punctual. I strongly recommend ServiceMaster of Greater Washington to others needing emergency response, damage cleanup, restoration, and repairs.
